L'Oreal claims that this primer instantly transforms skin texture that results in a matte finish and velvet-soft touch. It is supposed to mattify the skin, prepare and smooth the skin by minimising imperfections, pores and shine and instantly transform the skins texture for an even surface with velvet-soft touch. They also claim that foundations will glide seamlessly across it. So, lets see if all of these claims are true and get straight into the review.
If you are into makeup at all then you have probably heard of the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. Everyone and their mother loves this, and so they should, this is an amazing concealer and it is so affordable too! I have given this concealer a good try, I have been using it for such a long time but I didn't think about reviewing it untill recently. I was looking at reviews for this concealer and didn't see as many online so I thought that I would review mine. Just for reference, I have sensitive skin that isn't particularly too dry or too oily but my under eye tends to be a little on the dry side.
